Terms & Conditions

1. Deposit & Registration
A non-refundable deposit of $500 CAD is required to secure your spot.

Your registration is not confirmed until the deposit is received via e-transfer to livenowyogaretreats@gmail.com.

The Early Bird rate is only valid for deposits received by June 30th, 2026.

 

2. Roommate Policy (Double Occupancy)
If you register for Shared Spirit (Double Occupancy) but do not have a designated roommate:

We will make a reasonable effort to pair you with another solo traveler of the same gender.

If a roommate cannot be found by October 1st, 2026, your registration will automatically be converted to Solo Voyager (Single Occupancy), and you will be responsible for the price difference.

Registration for a double occupancy room is contingent upon both parties paying their respective deposits.

 

3. Payment Schedule
Final Balance: The remaining balance is due in full by October 1st, 2026.

Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may result in the forfeiture of your spot and your deposit.

 

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits: All $500 deposits are strictly non-refundable as they are used to secure international accommodations and internal flights.

Cancellations before Oct 1st: You will be refunded any amount paid minus the deposit.

Cancellations after Oct 1st: No refunds will be issued. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Waitlist: If a spot is canceled after October 1st and can be filled by another participant, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Matthew Bonas Yoga Inc.

 

5. Travel Insurance (Required)
All participants are required to purchase individual travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and emergency evacuation.

Matthew Bonas Yoga Inc. is not responsible for costs associated with travel delays, flight cancellations, or personal health issues.

 

6. Visas & Documentation
Guests are responsible for obtaining their own Indian E-Visa and ensuring their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of entry. Matthew Bonas Yoga Inc. will provide guidance, but the legal responsibility lies with the traveler.

 

7. Health & Liability
You agree that you are in good physical health to participate in yoga and travel.

Matthew Bonas Yoga Inc. acts solely as the organizer. This retreat is an independent venture and is not affiliated with any other professional entity or gym management.

By registering, you acknowledge that Matthew Bonas Yoga Inc. is the sole entity responsible for the retreat operations and liability.

 

8. Changes to Itinerary
Matthew Bonas Yoga Inc. reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary due to local conditions, weather, or vendor availability to ensure the safety and quality of the experience for all guests.
