The Explorer Path: Delhi & Agra

For those who want to witness the iconic heritage and vibrant energy of North India before we head to the coast.
Day 1 | Thursday, December 3: Arrival & Grounding

Morning: Arrival at Delhi International (DEL). Private transfer to our boutique South Delhi hotel.

Afternoon: Opening Circle and a Decompress Meditation practice to settle in.

Evening: Traditional Welcome Dinner.
Day 2 | Friday, December 4: The Monument of Love Old Delhi & New Heights

Morning: Sunrise Meditation and Pranayama Breath workshop.

Day: A curated tour of Delhi’s historic landmarks and the vibrant markets of the old city.

Evening: Delhi dinner and reflection before our flight south.
Day 3 | Saturday, December 5: (Agra Day Trip)

Morning: Early morning luxury coach departure for Agra to catch the morning light at the Taj Mahal.

The Experience: Full guided tour of the Taj Mahal and the surrounding artisan heritage.

Evening: Return to Delhi for an evening Yin Yoga practice to recover from the travel day.
The Sanctuary Path: Goa
(8-Day / 7-Night Core Retreat) Our core experience: Seven nights of sun, sand, and soul-work on the shores of the Arabian Sea.
Day 4 | Sunday, December 6: Flight to the Coast

Travel: Domestic flight to North Goa (Manohar International Airport - GOX).

Welcome: Check-in at our beachside sanctuary. Introductions.

Evening: Sunset walking meditation followed by a seaside dinner. (Night 1)
Day 5 | Monday, December 7: Rhythms & Rituals

Morning: 90-minute Dynamic Flow Yoga and Intention Setting.

Afternoon: Group brunch. Free time for beach walks, swimming, or Ayurvedic spa treatments.

Evening: Beachside meditation and community "Satsang" Followed by dinner. (Night 2)
Day 6 | Tuesday, December 8: Colors of the Latin Quarter

Practice: Balance-focused morning flow.

Explore: Half-day excursion to Panjim, exploring the colorful Portuguese-style streets and cafes of the Latin Quarter.

Evening: Group dinner at the resort. (Night 3)
Day 7 | Wednesday, December 9: Dolphins and Deep Dives

Activity: Dolphin Boat Ride at dawn.

Practice: "The Explorer’s Spirit" Power Yoga session.

Afternoon: Group brunch followed by free time for sun, stillness, and personal reflection.

Day 8 | Thursday, December 10: The Posture Workshop

Morning: Meditation, breathwork, and light asana practice followed by "The Posture Workshop" —taking your practice to the next level.

Day 9 | Friday, December 11: Gratitude & Integration

Day 10 | Saturday, December 12: The Final Celebration

Afternoon: Final group brunch. A full free afternoon to soak in the ocean and integrate the journey.

Evening: Grand Farewell Feast followed by Yin Yoga and our Closing Ceremony Under the Stars. (Night 7)

Formerly based in Toronto and now a resident of Goa, he bridges traditional yogic philosophy with the modern practitioner’s lifestyle. As our on-the-ground expert, he ensures an authentic immersion into the heritage and spiritual traditions of his homeland.
